DJROA recycling post
A recycling post is located at Jalan SS22/47, Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya. The post is operated by volunteers from the Damansara Jaya Residents' Association, and operates from 10am - 12pm on every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.Based on a previous visit, it appears that DJROA has a tie-up with a recycling company from out of town. This post has been in existence for a number of years already (year 2000 I believe). It is next to the primary school, located in a cul-de-sac and operates from a container so it cannot be missed really. Earlier in the year it was in the press due to some irresponsible folk who treated the site as a mere dumpsite.
